A Few Guidelines for Yoga Sessions:
1. If you are joining for the first time, please send us an Email
with your Name, Age, City and Country.
2. Please keep yourself on Mute throughout the entire Yoga session.
For any questions/doubts regarding the practices, please Email us or message/call us
on WhatsApp after the Yoga Session.
3. You have the option of joining the Zoom session with or without your Video on.
4. Don't worry about being late. You can join the Zoom session whenever it works for you.
The general flow of our Yoga session is :
First 40 min: Active Asana practice
Next 10 min: Calming Pranayama
Last 10–15 min: Rejuvenating Meditation
5. The Online Zoom sessions are conducted with the Focus mode on - which means
the Host can see all participants' videos, while participants can see only
their own video and the host's video. This creates a more focused
environment for learning and practicing.
